English. The change must comes from these thoughts and communications. LSRW is
not a passive act, on the other hand it requires some cognitive and mental process.

interpret the messages in the communication process. Effective listening is a
skill that underpins all positive human relationships. Listening to the needs
of the time, problems of the world can alter the present. We must listen to

words. Speaking is the skill which makes effective communication with others.
We should speak for ourselves and others. Silence doesn’t make any revolutions.
Your speaking should initiate some movements which stands for justice, equality
and liberty. A perfect speaker can make sparks in the minds of people which in
turn paves way for a new world.
Reading

the ability to comprehend and interpret the written words. The meanings of
words are always biased. One should be able to read from the perspective of
truth without mixing personal views. Reading burns brains and leads to powerful
actions. A good reader should assimilate the points and critically evaluates
them in the present situation, change happens from there.
Writing
is the most powerful weapon to change the world. It is the ability to express
emotions through words. Writing powerfully blends the ideas relevant to the
society to shatter the deep roots of injustice. Writing shapes society and
forms history. Writing has the ability to enhance the intellectual
comprehension of a person and helps them to engage in creating thinking.
Creativity induces changes in the world by restructuring pre conceived notions which
are harmful to human lives and their peaceful existence.
